WBTT is a Sarasota-based theatre organization, well known locally for their incredible performances. However, even some of their largest donors weren’t aware of how they give back to the community.
We created a short documentary that immerses donors in WBTT’s community initiatives that provide opportunities to local youth with their summer camp.
After integrating this video into fundraising events, they raised over $360,000 in under a month, far surpassing their expectations for those events
Lighthouse helps people diagnosed with vision loss to regain their ability to navigate everyday life, and reintegrate into employment.
Their biggest bottleneck is gathering enough funding to hire the highly skilled staff members that help their clients. We created a video explaining the importance of their work, and how donors impact their ability to serve more people.
They implemented this video in a gala and raised twice as much money from donors than they did at the same gala in the previous year, and they will continue to use the video in all kinds of fundraising in the future.
We consolidate all of the incredible stories and details about your organization that you wish every potential donor knew, and put them into an action plan that perfectly captures everything you want to tell your audience.
Then, we turn all that information into a strategy for a video that turns strangers into life-long supporters.
Our film crew comes to your office to film Netflix-quality interviews for your video. We also capture professional footage of your daily operations, and the smiling faces that follow.
We interview your core team, clients, and donors, to construct a compelling narrative that informs, and emotionally engages your donors.
Each project is priced individually, and we typically like to cater a video package to every organization’s unique budget and needs.
We can give you a price range after having a quick chat about what your project will involve.
You can certainly implement video on your own, but we always recommend having some sort of professional team to help you.
A poor quality video will reflect poorly on your organization to more discerning donors.
Even if full-scale video production is out of your budget, we strongly recommend consulting with a professional about scripting and planning out your content
That’s great news! You clearly already understand the value of video and you’re probably already seeing the benefits of using it in your organization’s marketing.
Even more great news… if you feel like your videos could be even better, and you still have untapped potential with the impact your videos are having on your organization, we offer a consulting service where we work directly with your video team and walk them through how to make the most successful fundraising video possible.
We’re based in Sarasota, FL, but we work with clients worldwide.
It varies quite a bit, but we prefer to move quickly and efficiently with scheduling projects.
Typically, it’s best to plan a project a few months ahead, solely for the purpose of securing the proper budgets, making sure the video is ready for specific campaigns/events, etc.
But the actual end-to-end production of a video, or a set of 2-5 videos, typically takes us a month or less.
